These look to be based on the BeruBara Kids manga Ikeda's been doing lately, which is adorable SD adventures of everyone's favorite hopelessly doomed french revolution era historical figures. I think I'll watch for these.

http://www.asahi.com/bbkids/ Asahi-Sonorama's been publishing it for a few years now- apparently it's a 4-koma [4 panel] comic strip, and looks to be in colour. There's 3 volumes so far. [and hey look, Chibi Louis! Chibi Grandma! Chibi Rosalie!]
