It's very nice of Madison to suggest that *both of you* avoid buying the doll, rather than even *mentioning* to Jun Planning about the SS-like quality of the outfit.

Pardon my french but that is such bs. I mean the uniform even has the red armband, which looks like it has some symbol in the white circle, that traditionally held the Nazi's swastika.

I just spent most of the morning reading all the responses to your initial post about Beressa. At this point I'm still not really sure what to think. There are so many issues at play, I'd like to take some time to form my opinion.

Anyway, I think you'll probably get a better response from Rudi than Madison. Mads is very good at skirting serious issues.

Kudos to Madison for actually replying at all! If I was a doll dealer, I'd want to run, very fast, the other way.

I'm now wondering though if it was *my* email (which I posted in my LJ) that made him think there was a "petition" to Jun Planning?? I've now heard several people now refer to a petition. All I've done is send one (1) email to Madison, and I honestly tried to make the tone more of "What do you think?" than "Cancel this doll immediately or face my WRATH! Bwa-ha-ha!"
