tikistitchPart the Second: Retail Therapy!
Captain Hex has a red dot!!!
So, Boneboy decided to bring Captain Hex home to his tiki palace. That's Cappy hovering in the background - he works at Funko and knows Rob and all the artist guys there. He's also super nice.
Boneboy also went for one of Justin's Munnies. Justin patiently explained to us the difference between a Munny and a Dunny, thus making our trip Educational as well!
We went for a number of Justin's prints. This is one of his super-convenient mini prints - they're about the size of a large postcard, so perfect to fit your modern lifestyle. Plus, we loved sleepy monsters.
We also got a tee shirt with this guy on it. 'Cause you're not just spending money, you're helping support Art!
Oh, and we kind of screamed in a not terribly dignified manner when we saw this. Notice the caterpiggle has one pill to make you larger and one pill to make you small? According to Justin, this is his only Alice piece, but he's thinking of doing more. We tried to reason with him in a logical manner: "OMG! Pleeeeeeeeease do more Aliiiiiiiice!!"
Anyways, this is a bigger sized print. We whined to Boneboy that we don't have any wall space, but he would have none of that. "What about at work???" he demanded. So, our coworkers are going to get to enjoy this one. We like the colors, and the fact that the bat guy kinda looks like a Naugahyde plushie guy from the 60s.
