Went to "Attack of the 50-Foot Lowellbot" show yesterday with Boneboy yesterday.
Everything was cool and everybody was nice. The end!
Lowell Art Works is in a cute brick building in kind of an obscure part of Everett. We saw this guy and thought, "This must be the place!"
Artists in their native habitat! (Don't you totally wanna work here?)
So, the big draw to get up here was one of Boneboy's fave artists, Justin Hillgrove. Here's some of his stuff.
This is a neat piece, since it's three dimensional. Yum, chewy center!
And this is one of Boneboy's favorite pieces. We think it's called The Collector. Anyways, it's a pretty accurate depiction of Boneboy's house.
Here's Justin's imp dude. (His tail is broken - O noes!)
And here's a piece on Justin's desk.
And here's Justin! He's super, super nice!!
There were some pieces by other artists as well. Here's a lovely depiction of our favorite rebel princess, by Sean Wilkinson. When Sean isn't doing AAAHRT, he's working for Funko, the groovy guys who've given the world bobbledyheads!!
One of our favorite-est pieces, by Rob Schwartz. He also works for Funko yay! More about him later! But, you've seen so many pictures, you probably need to rest your eyes now!!!
