Huh. I didn't look past Arctic fox. What the hell is a spitz dog anyway?

I'm primarily familiar with the Japanese spitz, which is an adorable fluffy white dog that looks like a miniaturized sled dog. But apparently the term "Spitz dog" also applies to pretty much every dog whose tail curls over its back, from Malamutes to Pomeranians to Chow Chows. Fascinating!

Oh, I've seen those dogs! (The Japanese kind I mean.) I always want to hug them. I had honestly never heard the term before, even after watching all those AKC competitions on Animal Planet!

Though, I'll probably still stick with my arctic fox. That is, if I don't end up getting one of these as a pet!
