I have warm fuzzy memories of Ponkikki's mascots, Gachapin and Mukku. Well, Gachapin more than Mukku. Mukku reminds me of the spookier Muppets.

Oh wow! That first song they sing, about doing things at different times in the morning, is, I think, the same song we were shown in Japanese class (from another kids' show) back in 1990 when we were learning how to tell time in Japanese!
