So, today we spent the portion of the morning where we were not double checking decimal places on our colleague's manuscript re-stacking boxes in our erstwhile anime room (now the "Looks like the end of an Indy Jones movie" room) so we could take the tiki backhoe to the living room and somewhat de-Stitchify our living quarters.

And then we bought this...



Isn't it adorable?

It's 600 mm x 600 mm x 700 mm.

They even have teensy little measuring units in Japan!!!

BTW, this is called self-defeating personality disorder. By psychologists. But, who listens to them???

I suffered from that disorder for years... Now, I'm very good at decluttering. And I freak out every time someone brings me more clutter (i.e. my mother who digs out "souvenirs" from my childhood, and therefore decluterizes her own home while cluttering mine). Thierry's mother is even worse and her clutter usually sucks, so it's easy to say NO.
