At this point, anybody who's been reading this blog for more than five minutes will naturally say, "Well, of course they make Stitch nail clippers." How else would you expect Stitch fans to attend to their manicure?

'Tis a puzzlement how one is supposed to actually use this particular implement, what with that big Stitch glued to the top of it. But, such are the sacrifices we make for kawaii.

From the photo it looks to me like Stitch is on a ball-chain, and more of charm attached to the clippers, than glued to it.

The way you're describing would actually make sense! Unfortunately, it's even worse than I described - the bit that you press down on to clip your nails? That's Stitch, or a piece of Stitch shaped metal. In other words, he's not glued on to the lever, he *is* the lever.
