According to one of the comments on YouTube, it's an ad for a construction company. Little Red is singing about her chest swelling with pride over their accomplishments. The Tanuki has....well....something else swelling.

Haha, it was awesome. It started as a conversation about Animal Crossing, then about how 'tanuki' doesn't *actually* mean 'raccoon', then about...well, you know. ;)
