Oh, Doctor...I thought the Christmas special this year was one of the weakest scripts RTD has ever turned out for the the series, but this scene is priceless.

Of course, most of those people don't survive...

Oh, don't get me started.

But oh well: they set it up to poke on a portentious Titanic movie, but then it ended up more a riff on Poseidon Adventure, which, to my mind, was already a parody anyway. And, yeah, "let's be lighthearted 'cause it's Xmas," but then everybody pretty much bites it, and it didn't quite mesh.

Also, having Kylie run around dressed like a French maid was a win, but I wasn't happy that here's yet another female character who wuuuuvs The Doctor.

I wasn't entirely satisfied with Season 3, but I did like the Season 4 premiere, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I love David Tennant... Since becoming hooked on Dr Who, I want to go back to Blackpool and visit the Dr Who museum there. Last year, for the tree lighting ceremony in Blackpool, David Tennant was the guest of honor and switched on the lights that launched the winter season there. I wonder if he did it with his sonic screwdriver.
