A new set of J minis from a company called "F Toys" (wonder if they're related to F Troop)? They're technically candy toys, which accounts for those white things you see that look like Alka Seltzer tablets.

The boxes, thankfully, are NOT blind boxes, so you can actually assemble a set without causing nervous breakdown.

Oh, and all of these little gizmos have "action features." Like, the hula one bobbles around, kind of like a drunken hula.

Now, let's see some EXTREME CLOSEUPS!!!!

Gah, we loves our macro lens.

This one has a rounded bottom, so it kind of dances. (Hey, kind of like tiki!)

And look! Stitch has a tiki tiki swing!

The hammock swings. We love Stitch's expression.

And if you look, Stitch is reading the ugly duckling story.

Guess the F is for "friends"; they all have the English words "friends" written in katakana. They're called yurayura furenzu -- wobble-friends.

I swear the text on the front of the surfing one is a tongue-twister. The bottom line reads "yurayura yureru yo" which means just "wobble'n'shakes!"

The Japanese probably have no difficulty saying that. Yet they can't say "basu gasu bakuhatsu". Curious linguistic differences, I guess.

The names are all cute, using those repeated bisyllabic couplets that the Japanese love so much.

1. norinori saafin -- High-spirited surfing.
2. furifuri fura dansu -- Shaking hula dance.
3. burabura roopu -- Dangling rope.
4. yurayura hanmokku -- Wobbly hammock.
5. guragura cheaa -- Rocking chair.
