They both have horns I think. This is the auction title:

節分の日　スクランプを持った鬼スティッチぬいぐるみ

The translation says Stitch is a "demon," but I'm not sure what they're saying about Scrump.

Ohhh, I'm a doofus. I thought Stitch was being kaminarisama, who's usually depicted as an oni with a big afro and tiger-skin loincloth, but I'd forgotten that Setsubun (aka "Chase out the oni and bad luck by throwing beans at them" Day) just ended in Japan. The auction description just says it's "An Oni Stitch holding Scrump", but presumably both of them are dressed as Oni for Setsubun.

Coolness!! So when I get this Stitch, I'll yell, "Oni wa soto!!" And maybe toss him at Mr. Tiki. :-)
