Aha! There's a little bitlet of tape holding Stitchie's mouth closed!!



Eureka.



So, see? You push the button, and Stitchie opens his mouth and pretends to tug on the chain to turn the lamp on.



Same with turning it off. We could do this all day!!

Yeah, I didn't even notice 'til I took it out and was playing with it, trying to get it to light. You've seen my Stitch "PO box" where he's sitting on a stack of books? It's one of my faves.

Best lamp ever...

I always seen and liked those Mickey Mouse "Hey look, I'll pull the lamp chain for you!" lamps, and 'bout time there's a Stitch version.
