My husband showed me that a few days ago. If I had any way of getting bacon that deliciously crispy, I would TOTALLY try to make it. (Also: if I was not so lazy, because I admit, my first thought wasn't "?!?! BACON COOKIES?!" so much as "Oh man, I hate making icing and glazes.")
