I'm always wondering why Scrump (aka Sclamp, aka Scrape) is so popular in Japan.

Other than general kawaii (Scrump, like Stitch, is very round and cute) I'm baffled too. I know if I were Lilo, I'd be pretty peeved that I'd been pushed aside, first for Angel and now for a rag doll.
