Hrm. So, Suigintou Barasuishou comes packaged without not wearing her eyepatch?

We mean, it makes sense, as you wouldn't want to get the inevitable stains all over her face.

Still, it would mean we'd have to debox, which gives us stress, and dress her up.

Wonder how she'd get along with the Stitches?

Ooops, sorries, it's been a while!

Anyways, I'm aware that whomever *comes with* an eyepatch as an accessory. That's not the issue. The issue is that I'm super-compulsive, so if she's not actually *wearing* it when she arrives from the factory, I'm going to have this weird deal where I wanna put it on to make the chara look right, contrasted with not wanting to mess with the box's mintiness.

I can see why they wouldn't actually package her *wearing* the eyepatch too, as Pullip collectors who are even more compulsive than me would all scream that OMG our dolls are stained for EVAR! So, it's kinda a no win for Jun Planning. But still, as you say, it just looks WRONG.

Prolly not, but I could see someone complaining that say, the rubber band marked her doll or ruined the hair or something.

I had one limited edition pair where Pullip came with this little white plastic cover over her mouth and nose to protect them from....something. Can't remember which set, but she looked like she had SARS! I'll see if I can dig up pictures.... OK, here ya go:

Wow O.O That's really kind of scary. I love that set though, because of the masks. But even her eyes look frightened. Like she got smothered to death by that little bit of protection. Poor girl.
