Something I learned today
Oct. 11th, 2007 06:42 pmSo, tiki's not a doctor of medicine (we're a doctor of something else), but we work all day with that kind of doctors, and today we were working with doctors, and they were chatting about.....well, doctoring.
Doctor Josh recently had a patient come in to his clinic who was having an MI (i.e., a heart attack). And unlike what we have been led to believe by doctors on the teevee, the crash cart didn't have the kewl paddle thingies.
So, what did he do?
"I called 911."
Er, from the doctor's office?
"Yup." Both of the docs nodded sagely. "That's what ya do."
Okee.
We is freaked.
