Calling Pony people
Aug. 15th, 2007 10:04 amDear Intarnets,
Are there still any MLP people reading this blog?
I'd like to get a custom Pony made. Anybody know good, reliable customizers who take commissions?
Thankee!

Sorry I couldn't help. But, hey, looking through their galleries is still fun. :D

Date: 2007-08-15 06:51 pm (UTC)My favourite person I've commissioned from was babylofty416, her email's babylofty416 @ yahoo.com if you want to ask if she still does customs.
Here's examples of the work she's done (http://www.eating.puppies-and-kittens.net/main.php?g2_itemId=110) (I've also had her do g3 style ponies, which turned out wonderfully and all of these ponies have been very durable).
But! Another idea for finding someone to commission would be to go to mlparena.com or mlptp.net and check out their custom sections until you find an artist you really like, ask them if they take commissions and for references.

Date: 2007-08-15 06:55 pm (UTC)I need someone to do a pony as a *really* obscure Star Wars character as a gift. I don't collect ponies, but I've seen some awesome ones done as stuff like Incredible Hulk. So, a good customizer maybe with a sense of humor? I'll take a look at those links.
