The great thing about coming back from a trip: getting STUFF!!!



Stuffs from our buddy Dave. Whilst tiki was riding the bus from hell in Outer Mongolia, Dave was having a lovely chat with Chris Sanders. And, Mrs. Sanders! For like, half an hour! O, bliss.

And, he got an autograph for us. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!





First, this is the custom tee shirt Dave made for SDCCI, with a cute Stitchie bursting out of the logo. Cuteness, ne?



This is from the Chris Sanders sketchbook. Cutie tiger eeeeeeee!!!



Sanders likes to doodle sexy girls, and the sketchbook is chock full of them. They look to us a bit like Nani, but kicked up a notch beyond what Disney would approve. His style is a little retro, although influenced by anime. Anyways, here's the fabulous centerfold girl.



Oh, and Chris's tiger character as a little tattoo. Anyone else reminded of Calvin & Hobbes?

Dave says he's actually super-nice. I guess Chris goes to San Diego comic con most every year, so that's a place to see him. I need to go!

Is it wrong of me to be shocked that he is married to a woman? In all of the videos I had seen of him I had always thought he was gay. Weirdy. Still love his art. One more excuse for me to attend comic con.

I haven't heard the rumors. Wouldn't matter to me much either way, so I guess it's not an area of much interest. Dean DeBlois (his coproducer on Stitch) has been out for some years. Chris has been married (to a woman) since just after Lilo. That's all I know.
