Ah! Back from Portland (Gus finished his TWENTIETH MARATHON!!!!!) and fresh from the Disney Store at the incomparable Lloyds Center. I swear, between Powells and Lloyds Center, if I lived in Portland, I'd never have any money. Not that I ever have any money anyway!!!

Anyways, lots is nuevo in Stitch-land. Here I've mostly tried to catalog the Stitch plushies that have arrived exclusively in the US Disney stores in the past few months, like this creepy albino Snowball Stitch.

Found Snowball Stitch at Lloyds Center, along with this guy, Winter Stitch:

He looks suspiciously similar to this guy, who was out a couple months ago, Autumn Stitch:

Note a new thingie that the DS is doing, the "exclusive" tag sewn into Stitch's footie:

Here's another find from Lloyds, a small Sparkle Stitch:

He looks like he's made out of similar stuff as the Japanese versions of Sparky and 625.

This isn't a plushie, but it's pretty damn cool, it's the Stitch version of Jiggle Beans, featuring Dr. Hamsterviel:

I didn't get this guy in Portland, but he's also pretty recent. My friend Anita and I have taken to calling him "Pumpkin Stitch," but according to his tag, he's supposed to be a werewolf!

They also had new adult size t's for Stitch's Space Academy, home of the space cadets! Did Pam get one? Do you have to ask??

Do they still have an ice-skating rink at Lloyds Center? I can just barely remember going there a couple of times when I was a teeny tiny kid. We lived in Albany, so it was a pretty serious drive to get to Portland (about 2 hours, as I recall) so we didn't do it very often. And congrats to Gus on finishing the marathon! He is truly the mighty Gusinator!

Yes, they still have the skating rink! Apres Stitch store and TRU, we stopped to grab some tandoori at the food court, and sat to eat where we could look over the kiddies swirling around. I am in slavish admiration of anyone who can ice skate backwards.
