It may indeed be time to blow my stack. First, it's the second time this monitor has blanked out, and second, the guy at the "Genius Bar" was an asshole.

I already had a bad experience dealing with Apple's so-called customer service last time around. They need to spend a bit less on Paul McCartney and a bit more on training their associates.
