Buddy [livejournal.com profile] fushigikb picked these up for us. They're J crafts books, and they all use Dizzney chara, including Stitch! This one is for making itsy bitsy plushie toys.

This is stitchery. (Hee.)

And this one is....pipe cleaners!

Probably not going to be able to use this one, as we keep cracking up.

"Take your pipe cleaner, and bend it until it looks like Stitch!"

And there's even a little project, so you can make your cute basked look even cuter.

Boneboy is inspired, and wants to use the books as a basis for Tiki Crafts Day.

We'll let the clever people do that. We don't wanna get poked by a needle or something.

Thanks KB, these are awesome!

Agreed. Like the Japanese text says on the top of that page, "tottemo cute!" ...and in Japanese you can't get any cuter than adding the extra T to totemo and using the English word cute instead of boring old kawaii.

What blows me away about this: It's an officially licensed Do-It-Yourself Bootleg Kit! From Disney no less!

The felt things are really easy to do. Use scotch tape instead of pins to get the shapes right, and cut with tiny, sharp scissors. You can glue the pieces together instead of stitching, or even make them out of paper.
