At last, the Disney panel review
Jun. 7th, 2007 09:20 am
We wanted to share some images from the fabulous Disney presentation at Star Wars celebration.
First, understand we're not exaggerating when we relate what a marvelous experience it was. We've experienced Star Wars collectibles tracks since the Inky Dawn of Celebration, when hapless presenters were literally standing on the flatbed of a truck waving their action figures at mud-soaked passers by.
But at C IV, collectibles came of age, and for our friends from the Mouse, the room was packed, and the audience was psyched.
And, need we mention, there was Stitch???

We've of course all got our Emperor Stitch pins by now, but a joyous yelp went out when it was announced that there would be actual action figures to follow. O joy!

Here's the second wave.

We think Yoda is a bit more appropriate a character for Stitch.

Also also, a CCG.

Featuring, yes, more Emperor Stitch. We're trying to imagine Stitch trying to talk like Emperor Palpatine. What if Emperor Stitch fought Yoda Stitch? Who would win?

And, just because we love 'em, the new line o' potato heads. Yes, there will be Boba!
