Hmmm.... all I can think of, is Stitch is mimicking Masaki Sumitani ("Razor Ramon HG" [that stands for Hard Gay... yes, I know]).
On our trip to Japan last year, we were waiting for the ferry in Hakone and Mr. Polk got a little Razor Ramon mini-doll in a claw machine. lol. He was trying to get me a Stitch.
