Hey I've been looking at your LJ for months now, constantly checking out what new Stitches you had and whatnot and I just have to say... I HATE YOU!
Mr. Tiki and I actually own the original Death Star from Star Wars. (It's usually in our entryway, but it's currently on loan to a musem.) You might make better use of your time hating us for that than a bunch of silly plush toys.
I'd say the majority of my Stitch stuff currently is from Japan. Since I can't actually be in Japan as often as I'd like (say, every weekend!), I buy a lot of stuff from Yahoo Japan auctions, the equivalent of eBay. It's not terribly difficult--I've gotten a couple of LJ friends started down the Dark Path actually--but it can be time-consuming and expensive.
Sometimes when I'm bored, I just cut and past especially wacky pictures from Yahoo J to my blog, as I've done with Superman-Stitch-on-a-Skateboard.
Oh, and yes, almost everything is 100% licensed and "official" Disney merchandise--it's got tags with the little hologram stickers. I'd love to find more bootlegs, but some of the official stuff, especially in Asia, is kind of mind-blowing anyway.
