Sen. Tim Johnson

Senator Tim Johnson of SD was stricken with an intracerebral bleed yesterday. Basically, he had some malformed blood vessels in his brain, kind of like the guy on Six Feet Under, if you used to watch that show, and they started to bleed. It's very dangerous, and often fatal. Anyway, the news reports seem to indicate he's recovering as well as can be expected from surgery.

And then email your senator and tell them that we expect them to start working on fixing the health care system, so stuff like this doesn't put another family into bankruptcy. Senator Johnson has a great health plan--many Americans don't.

I was gonna post something about this 'cause now the Senate is 50/50 so, OMFG, the politicians will actually have to COOPERATE to get anything done!! My god, the world must be coming to an end!! ^0^
