Hmmm, why does this guy look so familiar??





Meet the Uzama!



Or two of them anyway, Tree Man (tm), and his buddy Sea Snake Man (tm).



They're part of Marcel Dzama's "Monsters of Winnipeg" series. We gather the artist is actually from Winnipeg.



And he has a band! There's actually another band Tikistitch likes, The Weakerthans, who are also from Winnipeg.



They have a song called "I Hate Winnipeg."



We wonder if they know each other?

This entry, by the way, is for Mr. Tikistitch, who is off in the Bay Area, and thus can't play with his wonderful new Uzama toys. Awwww!

P.S. We obtained these lovely toys as the OKOK boutique. We're not quite sure why we've bothered to post the link, as there's actually no web site there yet, but if you live on Cap Hill, and don't with to spend lots of money, you should probably stay far away from there.
