So, today after work, we were involved in a car accident. Thanks to the Tiki Gods, no one was injured, although our driver side window now lies in a million billion pieces, all over Capitol Hill and it's environs. We have learned an Important Lesson: car accidents are bad things to be in.

We are wired, and in bad need of chocolate (preferably dark). But let us now take a moment to treasure the little things in life. Like Petit Blythe. She's pretty damned little.

This is the Piyo Piyo messenger Blythe. But, as you can see, she's not awake yet. What a cute little duckie suit you've got! Why a duck? Why not a chicken.

Oops! We've awakened Blythe with our incessant nattering. Hope she doesn't come eat us in our sleep. That would be nasty.

This is not Blythe. This is in fact, a Mame Momoko.

And this is a chicken suit, not a duck, although she also has a little plushie duckie, as well as a beer stein.

Mmmm, beer....

Don't care much for Blythe, but we love the petits. We got Piyo Piyo from Helina (http://www.jenny-land.com). Helina is very, very nice to deal with, but you should be aware that she ships from Hong Kong, so that can be pricey for just one doll. The petits seem to be easy to find on eBay as well.

Mame Momoko Chicken is cute! I wonder if she's here to celebrate the Year of the Chicken?

I don't know if you've ever been to this (http://www.zazzle.com/collections/disneyinkshop/gallery.asp?dsny%5Fctgy%5Ftype=story&general%5Fcategory%5Fid=196224515878195653&dsny%5Fctgy%5Flevel=2&dsny%5Fctgy1=196564527031520056) site before, but you can design your own disney shirts! There is quite a collection of Stitch images availabe!

Yeah, the're really well made. Heavy shirts, and the transfers don't peel. I got some as Xmas presents for a couple of Stitch-obsessed friends.
