Given that they have no markings or tags, and the ones I've seen in package have no markings either, I'm pretty sure they're bootlegs.

I think this would of been among the odder official stuff it it weren't :) They're kind of cute, if creepy. That reminds me, they have Lilo and Stitch Disney food products around here now [like Fish Nuggets]. Quite nifty ^_^
