oooooh!! now see that is my kind of cookie jar.. I have 2 of the 3 known MEEKO jars.. but the one I refuse to get is the one where you remove Meeko's head to get your cookies. Somehow getting cookies from Stitch's pa-tookie doesn't seem nearly as offensive. =P
well there's the 'pocahontas gourd' one that is in the photo.. then another that we keep on the microwave carts which is another basket one sort of.. except it's meeko stuffing his face! =P This one is an older image from when we first moved in to the current place:
thanks.. we try to keep him out of there though if we can help it! =P
sorry I don't have closer image. I could take some new ones I guess. *grin* My mom got me both of those as well a "MRS POTTS" one for Sean and they kind of got damaged in shipping them out here from Florida (the Pocahontas one especially). We actually use our cookie jars though so I figure it can't be any worse than when Kiki (our other furkid) shoved one of our coffee mugs off the counter (on purpose) when we were still living in Berkeley. Can't get that coffee mug anymore, but we kind of have a LOT of mugs anyway.
Yeah, cats + ceramics is always an iffy proposition. On the other hand, our friend Boneboy, who has two lively Jack Russels, actually keeps his doggie treats in a Stitch cookie jar, and so far it's survived unscathed.
cuteness!
