This is a Korean Cardcaptor Sakura doll. She was known as "Cardcaptor Cherry" over there.
She's got a cell phone, so she can stay in contact with Kero-chan. I like these elaborate Korean sets, although they've been extremely difficult to come by.
Nice artwork on the box. Sakura in this set is all dressed up to go roller-blading (she's wearing her knee pads), but oddly, she's not wearing her skates!
Note that the cell even has a cute Kero strap. Dang, they think of everything!
