Yep! Now, it's *possible* that somebody just got some licensed mascots and repainted them. But, given the other goofy Stitch stuffs I've seen from Japan (ie, HG Stitch), *and* the number of Dizzney mascots I saw dangling from little goth kiddies backpacks, I think these guys are genuine licensed product.
