Voodoo Monday

'Tis not an enticing beginning to the week, which began promptly at 7 am with The Return of the Amazing Exploding Toilet, appearing in our basement for a thankfully limited engagement. The plumbers soon arrived, and were successful at removing all of the money from Tiki's checking account.

Let us return, then, to a happier, more innocent time. Let us return to....yesterday! Wherein we lit off on an exciting shopping expedition!

"We are off on an adventure, my love! Please, do not miss us too overly much," we cooed to Mr. Tikistitch.

"ZZZZZZZZZZZZ*rungle*ZZZZZZZZZ...." replied Mr. Tiki.

And we were off....



...to Plastic Passion! It's a new-ish store on Seattle's own 85th st., right across from Deady Freddy Meyer. Our FL bud, and creator of all things cuddly and creepy, cuddlyrigormort had some pieces there to view.





There's Kris's stuffs, yay!

Braaaaaaaaain! This is definitely our kind of store.



Our buddy Boneboy was awfully tempted by the two-headed friends.



And we were awfully charmed by the Mexican wrestlin' dudes.



And lookee! We gots a little baby Tiki all our own to take back. Now please excuse, as we need to figure out how to throw a great tiki curse all over the universe for bringing toilet water to our Monday.

We actually have *two* stores like that. There's a similar store called OKOK that's a few blocks from my house. They mostly have action figures. I think I like Plastic Passion sligtly better 'cause there's more evil plushies. I'm glad it's further from my house so I won't spend all my money there.

Ohhh, you have reminded me of my discovery of that show last week, and intent to procure a baby Tiki of my own, and most-hopefully the purple pirate-octopus from Devout Dolls. Sadly, the order page makes me suspect the latter is already gone (I'd like it if school exploded in my face a little less often, so I could stay on top of things better), but I must have a tiki!
