This is a car antenna thingamubob from WDW. Unfortunately, we can't actually perch Stitch on the Tikimobile, first, because we're a compulsive collector who doesn't do that, but also because the icky kids in the neighborhood always end up stealing our all Jack in the Box antenna balls and suchlike anyway.
