You use the old system (under Manage > customize, then click old system, and go to the Modify Journal page)
There, it'll say something about comment fields, or different elements on your LJ page, and theyll each have a drop down menu next to them that has the different themes you can use. All of them should be generator.
In the code box at the bottom, paste all the code into that that she gave you. (it is a she, right?)
Above that... you should make the font color .. i think she said either white or purple would work best for this layout.
My bet is they'll have something like that in Japan sooner or later. Though so far, I only know of Stitch as a monkey, Stitch as a Pooh bear (or is that pooh bear as Stitch--I can never remember), and of course Stitch as Santa's reindeer.
