It's a keychain. It's a lip gloss! It's a keychain, and a lip gloss!!!
(Though, that kinda looks like a mascara brush to us. But, maybe that's the way some people apply lip gloss? tiki only wears chapstick.)

Jul. 2nd, 2008 09:44 amOK, kiddies, it's time for an Important Lesson! This is the story of some minis we nearly didn't buy, because they looked like the same damn thing we'd already bought, only different. But, then we got 'em anyway. 'Cos, that's how we roll.

[] staying single forever - tiki's already married, so this one is kind of weird

Not gon' do. tiki ain't afraid of no memes!
If you get more than 30, I strongly recommend some counseling.
If you get more than 20, you’re paranoid.
If you get 10-20, you are normal. LOL
If you get 10 or less, you’re fearless.
People who don’t have any are liars
Funny they didn't mention flying in airplanes, which is our big 'un.
Also seems like this is another one aimed at LJ kiddies, 'cause they don't mention fears for your spouse and/or your babies. We can't comment on mommage, but we know we spend an undue amount of time worrying whether Mr. Tiki is safe and warm and has access to a nice cup of coffee.

Whack with a clue stick
Jul. 2nd, 2008 07:23 pmThe New York Times Magazine, always a treasure trove of teh stoopit, this weekend is gonna run an article about Rush Limbaugh that's particularly ripe.
Um, that never sounded "strange and rebellious." It sounded like our old grampa, after he had a couple beers in him and started rattling about the "women libbers." But, sadly, our grampa never got to live in a multi-million dollar mansion avec carved cherubs, but instead had to content himself with a light up Miller Beer sign.
He mocked the women’s movement (“feminism was established so as to allow unattractive women access to the mainstream of society”).... It is hard to imagine, so many years later, how strange and rebellious, how simply wrong, such sentiments sounded.
