Dil to Pagal Hai

Whereas some Bollywood flicks will add singing in a rainstorm, singing with kids, and singing in the fields, this one has DANCING WITH KIDS IN A RAINY FIELD! ie, DTPH wins.
So, yeah, you can probably already guess I liked this one quite a lot. Stars SRK as Rahul, who DOES NOT REALIZE he love Pooja even after they frolic together in a field PLUS sing in a rainstorm!! Not genre savvy guys.
It's the usual nonsense, but very cleverly done. The first half is "the night they never met." Rahul is the director of a musical troupe: he supposedly does "plays" but it looks more like Riverdance type stuff. Anyways, a good excuse for a lot of great production numbers, and tons of ear worm-y music. He is destined for Pooja, but for 90 minutes, the two never QUITE meet. They finally run into each other at the Intermission, and then they need to shed Pooja's fiance and Rahul's "best (female) friend" before they can get together for one last production number.
Lots of cute stuff here: Pooja's fiance is a childhood friend, and to win her over as a potential husband, he flies her to not-Disneyland (where of course they sing and dance). SRK comically begs and begs Pooja to come and audition at his dance troupe: he literally goes down on his knees and begs in the middle of an open market. When she finally reluctantly agrees, he asks when she'll show up. "Two o'clock," she tells him. "Can you make it 1?" he asks.
I'm actually giving you two videos, because this one deserves it. This is the opening number, and i
