The mutifaceted Mr. Tikistitch needed pants, and dragged us to the mall with inducements of visits to the Stitch store.

What's new?

Well, nothing much (since last time). This guy is called (wait for it) VARSITY JACKET STITCH. Ooo. Wonder how long it took Dizzney to come up with that clever name, hmmm???

See? He's got a little "S" for Stitch on his cap and jacket.

As we were proffering our new plushie prize to Mr. Tikistitch, our spouse turned suddenly wistful. "Why do they make so many Stitches? What's the point?"

Alas, we were unprepared for metaphysical ponderings, having not yet consumed our Margarita. "Um, 'cause we keep buying them???"

"Do they know people will keep buying them?"

Some things, like the origin of the universe, and the persistence of Stitches, will for now have to be left unanswered.

they will keep making them as long as they're cute. Also it doesn't matter how stupid the name of the plushie is, as long as it's cute.. Although I'm perplexed and confused:
stitch cute.
outfit cute.
'green S' ?? he looks like a confused Standfurd fan.. I can see my hubby giving him the Axe with the help of his CAL Berkeley alumni buddies... LOL. Poor cute & fluffy Stitchies! =) (still loving the stitch though!)

Actually, he's a Michigan State fan.

I have to wonder how many of these are out there.

Wouldn't Stitch be likely to root for the University of Honolulu? Or something like that?

Given that I know nothing about football. Except I am a Bruin. ^_^

Technically that would be the University of Hawaii. And to be more specific, it would be the Kaua`i Community College campus of the UH. Mostly because that's the only college campus on Kauai, that's where they live, and I somehow think that neither Nani nor David are the types to go to a four-year institution.

Yeah, they seem like community college types to me too.

Does UH have a football team? I can't tell.
