Ah, we loves this.

Yup, it's the official Lilo & Stitch skateboard helmet!

This goes along with the official Lilo & Stitch skateboard (remember?).

Since we've had a skateboard we can't actually ride, we think it's karmicly appropriate that we now also have a Stitch skateboard helmet we can't actually wear.

Here's a closeup of the design on the helmet. Look--cousins!

I just have to ask: How are you finding storage for your Stitch stuff? I have a big bookcase stuffed to the gills and have had to stuff two garbage bags full of extra Stitch stuff that's now under the bed.

Short answer: we live in a pretty big house. Since we both collect, we purposely bought a place with tons of display space. So, I have a whole room with shelving around the walls that was just supposed to be dedicated to my dolls. It's rapidly getting invaded by Stitch though! I'll try to get some pictures up in the next couple of days. I have a bunch of stuff in a gorilla rack, some plushies on the bench by the bay window, and I've thrown some smaller stuff in various Stitch laundry hampers.

I particularly like the Japan Stitch stuff you get. I'm looking at a trip to Tokyo next spring so I figure I'll have a Stitch shopping spree, but I'm still fascinated by your ability to pick up the unusuual. Envy!

Eeee! Tokyo is like the Center of the Stitch Universe. Did you see any of my pix from when my friend went to Tokyo? Are you going to get to go to Tokyo Disney Resort?

Yes yes, I don't ever miss your Stitch posts.

Hubby thinks I am certifiably nuts, but then he occasionally sees your stuff and I think it dawns on me that there are folks even "more devoted" than me.

One thing I don't collect: Stitch pins. I don't know, I just haven't gotten into that whole pin trading thing in the parks. And now that they sell so much Stitch stuff I'm starting to discriminate a bit and not buy something just because it's Stitch.

I do have a really adorable Stitch plush backpack from the UK Disney Store, which I always dress up in various Build A Bear outfits; he's the hit of the show, whereever he goes.

Pins bug me. Especially since you know Disney is paying some 12-year-old in China pennies to make each one, and then they paint it gold and sell it on eBay for $100 because it's a "prototype." But, I've weakened and bought a couple of them. At least they're small!
