From [livejournal.com profile] twotone.

I know very little about some of the people on my friends list. Some people I know relatively well. Some of you I hardly know at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason. But you friended me and I thank you.

But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she likes to sit in the woods drinking beer while setting Barbie dolls on fire and singing 'Kum-by-a'."

I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal.

'Twould be even more fun if you anonymous, non-LJ types stopped to make a comment. Yes, I know you're out there! I can see you. Bwa-ha-ha, Tikistitch knows all!!

Hullo ^_^! About myself...When I started out on the Internet I used the nickname "Ken Wakashimazu" after my favorite character from the early '80's soccer anime Captain Tsubasa. As a result a lot of people who didn't know the character thought I was an Asian man (and still do!) I got a lot of messages from people who freaked out when they found out that I'm female (and not Asian!) So I changed my nickname to "Leene" after my site mascot but it doesn't really have any meaning to me. I usually tell people to call me Lauren, anyway. ^o^;

Wait, I know you as Ken!! Were you on BC, or one of the other dolly forums?

I was a member of Biscuit's Club and the CJ Mailing List, among other clubs. ^_^; I was a frequent poster at BC for some time but the only notable thing I did was submit an extraordinarily long story about Jenny and her friends to one of the writing contests ^o^!

Oh, you were on CJ too!! I wonder how Darla's doing nowadays? I was on another mailing list with her for a while, but that one kind of died too.

I need to figure out that chat stuff! I have an AIM account, but I can never remember what it is. Is a Yahoo chat account free too?

Love stitch and other Disney movies but I am just now getting into anime, I can't spell and I love to read. Also I like the smell of play doh and puppy, under 2 months old, breath. Yes I know that it's weird.

What anime shows do you like? There are so many of them nowadays that get translated, I really haven't been keeping up like I should.

I think the only one I've seen is Fullmetal Alchemest. But I think I have a Love Hina doll around somewhere. Or do I? Hmmmm...

I'm a Stitch fan as well, but I'm also crazy about Teen Titans (the TV show and eventually the new comics series). I also like to make icon bases out of screencaps and comic scans---I've got a baseball card collection of icons and bases at a GJ account. Quite a bit of Stitch, Raven, Krypto the Superdog, and recently, Impulse from "Young Justice."

Is Impulse the same one who's related to The Flash? Or is that a different one, and I'm being stupid. I used to read the Impulse comic book back when it first came out.

Sorry I didn't answer before but I was away on vacation... So here we go... I'm a Blythe collector and an avid Stitch fan... I'm also a French rock journalist in real life which could make me look cool only I'm a nerd at heart. I love my Star (Trek and War you know). I live in Paris with a husband, two cats (who look and behave like 626 and 627, poor me !), a whole Stitch gang and heaps of Blythes.
