BTW, if you ever find yourself north of the Arctic Circle, we highly recommend staying with Annie and Bernard at Spirit Lights Lodge. Because, well, lookie! We wuz happy as a brown bear with a salmon. Plus we drank coffee from a moose mug!

Is that stuffed french toast with blueberry jam? I'm so leery of eating breakfast out because I generally don't like breakfast food, but that looks irresistable!

That's french toast with fresh blueberry syrup- which was basically made of whole blueberries! And the toast was stuffed with sour cream of some sort. Usually that kind of breakfast is just way too sugary for me, but the filling made it really hearty.

I'm totally not a breakfast person - I usually just go for coffee - but I snarfed up Annie's cooking every day.
