I feel like that fairly often -- but I wear all cotton! I don't understand why people complain so bitterly about black in the summer; the fabric has more to do with anything. A black cotton sundress is going to feel better than some stupid polyester thing, even were it the most pristine of white and pastel.
Of course, I have friends who've swanned around in full length PVC in August, but...
