Someone emailed that they just bid up a bunch of our items, and now will flounce off to summer vacation & won't be able to pay for two weeks, hahahaha!

What kind of crap is that? That's extremely irritating. I wish you could charge people late payment fees. With all the fees to list and what not, it really sucks when someone wins and doesn't want to pay you. People either need to pay for it with credit and suck it up, or just not bid.

Since your chalice went for $255 last week I'm kind of astounded that they haven't come out of the woodwork during this week...there's only one very used on on the block for fifty bucks!

Oh and regarding the vacationers, if it was me, I'd point out my payment within 7 days policy AND the fact that a vacation is NOT an emergency, last minute thing and offer to take their money NOW and refund it if they lose. Otherwise they'd get deadbeat ratings from me!! :-P

It's one thing if they asked you before bidding. As they didn't, cancel and ban. It's not worth the hassle.
