Date: 2009-05-16 11:56 pm (UTC)Is there anything I picked up from you that you'd like to get back? I didn't think you collected any more, but if there was anything of special sentimental value, let me know, ok?
I actually sold a few pieces back to this really nice lady I bought some of mine from. She was going through a situation where she had to sell, and now she's getting stuff back, so that was pretty cool.

I have first season stuff, like the transformation pen, music locket, etc that probably would be worth three figures to the right person IN THEORY but most people have such a CARE LESS attitude...

Maybe you said in a post I missed but is there a reason for selling specifically? Just making more room (as said in other posts) just ready to move on? Looking for starting a new kind of collection...
Also just because my heart has a special place for SMoon ... what stuff are you keeping? What pieces will you just not let go ever? For me the hardest last piece I kept besides the three dolls I still have was the sushi set. For some reason I just love love love it... when I finally let it go it was time but yeah... what will you keep or find hard to let go of emotionally?

I sold off a lot of my Jenny dolls already, and there's been a couple of Licca items that I just plain refused to sell. It even surprised me that I was more attached to Licca than my Kisara dolls. I know the Amazoness Quartet and the various talking ones from different countries have always been my favorites. I'm wondering if it's actually going to be tougher to part with the Cardcaptor Sakura stuff. I REALLY loved that show to pieces.

Date: 2009-05-22 09:28 pm (UTC)That pachinko game was one of the few J Moon items I ever found in Seattle. It showed up at the store well after the SuperS season ended in Japan, so I've always supposed that they had leftovers at the factory or middleman, and just decided to ship it to the US to get rid of it.
