Haha! It's based on a Japanese toy, Monchichi. Supposeively, according to Wikipedia, there was also a cartoon in the USA, though I don't remember it. Then again, I don't remember much these days besides which Stitchies I own.

I don't remember a cartoon either, just the little monkey thingums. She still makes me think, "OMG cavegirl Licca!" when I see her though. XD
