Yeah, I was a bit curious about that - not as if Majel didn't go out in public! Anyways, not gonna get her siggy now.
Just an FYI, I don't have any info about that particular photo, but I walked through the collectibles shop in Downtown Dizzney with a couple of cynical collectors, and they were a bit dubious about the authenticity of signatures on certain pieces. There's a lot of ripoff artists in that biz - the safest thing is to do what you did, and go get the star's autograph your own self. Of course, no good for stars who are no longer with us!
I agree completely. I like the satisfaction of meeting them and flailing about. But, it is unfortunate when it comes to those who have passed away. I'm trying to collect those that are left. Thankfully, many of them do cons I go to often, so hopefully I'll get them. So far I have Leonard Nimoy and George Takei. I am not trying to collect TNG people, but I do have Brent Spiner and John DeLancie. :D
