W. Va. lawmaker wants to ban sale of Barbie dolls

Democratic Delegate Jeff Eldridge is proposing to ban the sale of the Mattel doll and others like her in West Virginia.

He says the dolls influence girls to place too much importance on physical beauty, at the expense of their intellectual and emotional development.

Because in today's world, Barbie is the most important issue!!!! tiki plans to celebrate this end to sexism by going to Hooters yay!

Yeah, actually, the history of Barbie is very interesting! Ruth Handler, the original owner of the company, once forbade the doll to ever have accessories like a vacuum cleaner, because she was supposed to be a "career girl."

Geez, is all straight men think about is boobs?

Hum, I think they already have this law, in like, Saudi Arabia and Iran?

I keep reading about stupid laws from stupid law makers. Are they just getting stupider or are people getting smarter and posting about?

Why doesn't he also ban baby dolls because it could be said they encourage little girls to have sex to get pregnant at a young age?

Baka.
