It's the Stitch automatic knitting machine!
The sharp-eyed amongst you will note that tiki already owns a Stitch knitting machine, which was out in Japan a year or so ago.
Yes, but!
That Stitch knitting machine was not shaped like Stitch's head! Thus necessitating the purchase of the later, head-shaped model as well.
