These are not just shoes! These are PURPLE HAUNTED MANSION HIGH TOPS! Which means that Disney is now tapping directly into my central nervous system, probably via some evil science experiment involving Walt's brain in a jar somewhere.
I don't think so. I think what happens is they'll post a list in February, and then you send in your preferences, and then you'll get an opportunity to buy various stuff? Maybe one of the Disney experts can chime in here. It's a little confusing.
All merchandise for the 40th anniversary haunted mansion event (which is sold out and no longer has waiting list space) is reserved for attendees. After the event on September 9, unsold merchandise will be available for the general public.
As for the shoes, since those are special order, I'd expect that they will be restricted to event attendees. If I hear anything more, I'll let you know.
