Danboard yay!
Jan. 9th, 2009 09:40 amSo, were you a kid like tiki, where you got easily distracted from the toy, and ended up playing in the box?

Have we got a toy for you!

To recap, this is a special edition of the Danboard toy, made exclusively for Amazon.jp.

The box is pretty amazing!

We like the cutouts everywhere.

Here's what you get. You get a stand, though you don't really need it.

Notice the details on the box, including the little "fragile" symbol.

You also get a little Miura head and a neckpiece. Though we looked over the instructions for installing it (the diagrams anyway, we don't read Japanese), and it seems kind of bleak. We may just leave her as she is.

Here's one of the inserts, showing the two toys.

Here's a comparison with the mini version that we posted earlier. We also found someone on the net who combined a bunch of Danboards to make like a Danboard Killer Robot. There's also a lot of people taking cool pix of them on Flickr.
